OEM starts from your defined drawing or sample. ODM may begin with an existing model and agreed changes. Both require feasibility review and buyer approval.

Choose a covering direction, confirm a physical color reference, then align legs, stitch and trim where the model permits.

State required width, seat depth, cushion feel and other market-specific dimensions for feasibility review.
Function
Function, branding and packing
For applicable sofa beds, confirm open dimensions and movement on the actual model. Labels, carton marks and packing are reviewed separately.
