Office Furniture Solutions for Workspaces and Meeting Areas

Translate headcount, floor plans and workspace zones into a furniture scope that can be reviewed in phases. HUAXUAN’s strongest fit is reception and lounge upholstery, upholstered chairs and selected commercial furniture, with additional workstation or storage categories reviewed against the confirmed project brief.

Plan by workspace zone

Give each area a purpose, capacity and ownership rule

Zone planning prevents a single “office furniture” quantity from hiding different user groups. It also identifies which parts are within HUAXUAN’s direct production strength and which additional categories require project-based coordination.

01

Reception

Visitor flow, waiting seats, front-desk relationship and the first visible material palette.

02

Open workspace

Headcount, desk or workstation module, task seating, cable path and shared storage.

03

Meeting room

Room size, seat count, table shape, display position, cable access and chair clearance.

04

Executive office

Work surface, visitor seating, storage and lounge needs sized to the actual room.

05

Breakout lounge

Sofas, lounge chairs, occasional tables and power access for informal use.

06

Co-working area

A mix of focus, collaborative and touchdown settings with clear capacity assumptions.

Headcount and furniture matrix

Connect capacity to products and building interfaces

The matrix is a briefing tool, not a code or engineering review. Confirm local workplace, accessibility, electrical and fire requirements with the responsible professionals before releasing furniture specifications.

Workstations, cable and storage

Resolve the invisible constraints before approving the visible finish

Workstation quantities alone do not define a workable order. Record desk or bench modules, screen requirements, cable entry, power and data responsibility, pedestal needs, shared storage and any height-adjustable scope. Floor boxes, wall outlets and building systems must be coordinated with the relevant site team.

Module

Overall length and depth, users per module, end panels and privacy-screen arrangement.

Cable path

Entry point, tray or grommet request and the boundary between furniture and electrical work.

Storage

Personal, team and archive storage quantities with locking and access requirements.

Change control

Track layout revisions so the furniture schedule and floor plan remain aligned.

Phased and floor-by-floor packing

Label for the way the workplace will receive furniture

For multi-floor or phased projects, confirm the receiving plan before printing carton marks. Labels can reference floor, department, zone, item code and carton count where that information is stable. Oversized or assembled products require access checks rather than a label-only solution.

Start with the strongest furniture categories

Review office products for available range, Product References for made-product records and the Project Library for verified commercial cases. Each source answers a different buyer question.

Office-specific inquiry

Send the floor plan with headcount and phase information

Include headcount, workstation count, meeting rooms, reception scope, floor quantity, destination and the latest furniture schedule. Mark which categories are confirmed and which still require sourcing review.
